  • JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
    • Plays a pivotal role in Samaritan Health Services system-wide mission of Zero Suicide and is in support of the Linn Benton Lincoln Suicide Care Coalition (LBL SCC) mission and vision. Focuses on establishing standard work, policies, procedures, and training; engaging internal and external stakeholders; and utilizes program management principles to foster system alignment and engagement.

  • DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
    • The Samaritan Medical Group’s Behavioral Health Administrative teams are committed to providing leadership and operational support for our physicians, advanced practice clinicians and all other employees that deliver care in our Behavioral Health Division’s clinical settings.

  • EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
    • One (1) of the following required:
      • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
      • Four (4) years experience in healthcare, Development/Family Sciences, Health Education, and/or Community Health. project/program coordination.
    • Experience in the following required:
      • Project/program coordination.
      • Working with external community stakeholders.
      • Data analysis and advanced Excel functions.
    • Experience in policy and systematic change approaches to better health outcomes preferred.
