JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

Responsible for the oversight of clinic operations in assigned departments and/or markets. Collaborates with the dyad-Senior Medical Director in conjunction with applicable Hospital CEO(s) to ensure efficient and effective operations through highly engaged staff and providers. Develops and executes key strategic initiatives that extend the reach of the mission of SHS. Oversees Directors, Practice Managers and staff.
This position oversees the Cardiovascular Service Line, Endocrinology, Infectious Disease, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Palliative Care, Hospice, Hematology/Oncology and Radiation Oncology.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience required.

Six (6) years of multi-clinic leadership experience required.

Experience or training with computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word required.
