JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

Assists leadership with the operations of Materials Management departments. Responsible for managing coverage of Materials Management team to ensure adequate coverage, filling in if necessary and working with ADM’s at other sites to ensure adequate coverage for operations to continue.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
-
SHS Materials Management Departments are responsible for the supply chain needs of the enterprise. The department provides stewardship of resources and includes the leadership in the areas of purchasing, receiving, distribution and inventory control.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
-
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Five (5) years supply chain/materials management experience required.
-
Experience or training in computer applications required.
-
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
