JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

Supports the organization by assisting in the value analysis of clinical products and services requested by SHS caregivers.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
-
SHS Materials Management Departments are responsible for the supply chain needs of the enterprise. The department provides stewardship of resources and includes the leadership in the areas of purchasing, receiving, distribution and inventory control.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
-
Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required.
-
Three (3) years clinical experience required. Experience in surgical or procedural areas preferred.

Three (3) years experience in leadership/coordination of teams, programs, quality improvement, analysis, or operations required.
-
Experience in Epic or a similar clinical HIM platform preferred.

Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills to perform group presentations, tactfully discuss issues, and listen to and understand complex information/situations. Ability to work with all levels within the organization, facilitate communication, and effectively document related activities. Ability to communicate to people internal and external to the organization and to represent the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.
