Performs various clerical/administrative related duties for Executive(s) and department. Organizes and prioritizes multiple requests efficiently. Works independently with limited supervision and makes decisions within designated authority.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

General Administration employees support the smooth operation of system-wide programs within Samaritan Health Services. We regularly interact with senior leaders, physicians and community members.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
-
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's Degree in Business or Secretarial Sciences preferred.

Two (2) years experience as an Administrative Assistant required. Experience in assigned area preferred.

Demonstrated typing speed of 50 wpm required.
-
Experience and/or training with computer applications required.
-
Experience and/or training in structure narratives, memos, letters, agenda and rules of spelling/grammar/punctuation preferred.
